Meet Your Coach 

Hey! I'm Keeva and I am super excited for you to step foot into this new journey and already know you are going to smash it!​

 

A little about me, I was never into fitness (like ever). When I was younger I avoided school PE at all costs and wouldn't be caught dead on a run. When I started working in an office I gained 10kg and knew it was time to make a change, I no longer felt good in my body and had no idea what to do to change it.​My journey started by getting on the bus one stop later and getting off one stop earlier.

 

I then joined a gym but was never able to go by myself. Until I began with a coach, I learned how to train and had a plan in the gym, I started learning everything I could about nutrition (as I was an exceptionally picky eater and loved a Chinese takeaway) and the gym while finishing my university degree in law. ​I kept up with going to the gym the rest of the way through university and realised that this is where my passion lay specifically with helping people make that first step into the gym and learn about how to make a real lasting change.

 

​Since the start of my journey, I have lost 10kg, completed a photoshoot, ran the Dublin Marathon and have built so much confidence in myself. This was all through a process of SIMPLY SHOWING UP DAY IN DAY OUT. ​

 

After going through multiple phases of my transformation from fatloss to muscle building to preps to endurance training, I have really done it all and I knew I wanted to help other women see that you can do the same if you simply take the first step,​I've been where you are, lost, unsure and lacking belief, I've faced most of the challenges you have faced with your journey and experienced all the same emotions. I want to make fitness as simple as possible for you.​

 

My mission is to help you gain confidence on the gym floor, learn how to fuel yourself and transform your body in the process to get the transformation you deserve with a compassionate and patient approach and a plan tailored just to you. ​You don't have to do it alone, if you want help no matter your starting point!
